Once a source is selected, scroll down and place check marks next to Fleet Access and Dealer Access case data that the Account Representative would like to End User to see. Then click the Submit button in the bottom right to save. Once the End user logs in he/she will see the case data that was associated with their user.
Click on the user’s name allows the Account Representative to associate the
case data the user will see. Make sure Status is checked and then a source is
