Inviting End Users
End Users are able to see case data, filter case date, create custom searches and create custom case cards.
From the Vision Menu on the left hand side of the screen, click on Admin Menu. Three options are available, Add Users, Manage Users and Company Settings. Click on Add Users, the Invite New User screen will pull up requiring three fields; First Name, Last Name and Email Address. The Account Representative must fill in all three fields and then click Submit in the bottom right to invite the end user. Once submitted a message will display stating the invitation was sent successfully.
