Reviewing and updating an asset's information before creating a case for it is essential to having an accurate case and avoiding delays in the repair process.
To review an asset and edit its information, search for it from the Search screen and click Edit Asset under the ACTIONS column. This opens the Edit Asset screen.
The Edit Asset screen gives you a way to update:
- Unit numbers
- Telematic Devices
- Engine and Transmission information
- Body and Suspension Components
You can also:
- Attach documents to the asset
- Review the asset's repair history
